Dr. Jeff Caldwell, D.M.D., graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1996. He continued his education through a general dentistry residency at Forum Dental Health System in Youngstown before establishing his East Liverpool practice.
He is National and Northeastern Board certified and has treated generations of area patients across preventive, restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
