Our team is here to keep your family smiling in a comfortable, caring, and friendly environment — providing the most comprehensive dental health care available in Columbiana County.
Dr. Caldwell began practicing in East Liverpool in 1998. A 1996 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, he served his residency in general dentistry at Forum Dental Health System in Youngstown, Ohio. He holds both National and Northeastern Board certification.
Dr. Caldwell is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, the Corydon Palmer Dental Society, and numerous other local and national professional organizations. He is also an active member of the dental department of East Liverpool City Hospital.
With his knowledge and experience, the team will help you maintain good oral health and keep you smiling — providing professional, convenient dentistry in a comfortable, caring, and friendly environment.
From routine prevention to cosmetic and restorative work, we offer the full range of dental services — all under one roof, all delivered with the same warm, careful attention.
Thorough check-ups including oral cancer screening, periodontal assessment, and bite analysis — plus low-radiation digital X-rays for the clearest diagnostic picture.
Professional cleaning every six months, fluoride treatments for decay prevention and sensitivity relief, and scaling and root planing where deeper care is needed.
Tooth-colored fillings to restore the function, integrity, and natural appearance of teeth damaged by decay or trauma.
Custom crowns to protect, strengthen, and beautify damaged teeth — fully encasing the visible portion of the tooth above the gumline.
Today's dentures and partial dentures are more comfortable and natural-looking than ever — comfortably restoring function and appearance.
From start to finish in our office. A safe, effective way to replace one tooth or several — increasingly the treatment of choice for missing teeth.
Bleaching, veneers, and refined restorative work. Even subtle changes can make a meaningful difference in how you look and feel.
Modern endodontic treatment that saves teeth that might otherwise need extraction — performed comfortably with attentive aftercare.
When a tooth can't be saved with a filling or crown, careful extraction with detailed aftercare keeps you comfortable and healing well.
Equipped for complete orthodontic cases. Adult patients can ask about 6-month braces — Dr. Caldwell will determine the best treatment after a full evaluation.
Targeted treatment of gum disease and periodontal concerns — because a healthy heart starts with healthy gums.
We take the time to explain procedures, answer questions, and help you and your family build habits that protect your smile for life.
We invest in the technology that helps us catch issues earlier, treat them more precisely, and keep you comfortable along the way.
Multi-spectral fluorescence and reflectance technology that uses different wavelengths of light to help us see oral abnormalities — including those that may indicate early cancer — long before they're visible to the naked eye.
Digital X-rays expose patients to substantially less radiation than conventional film, while delivering sharper, more diagnostic images we can review with you instantly.
A small wand-shaped video camera lets us — and you — see exactly what's happening inside your mouth on a high-resolution monitor, taking the mystery out of every recommendation.
From the front desk to chairside, every member of our team is here because we believe taking care of your smile should feel comfortable and stress-free — for you and your family.

Every year we host "Give Kids a Smile Day" in Columbiana County, working with local schools, after-school programs, and day-care centers to provide free dental care to area elementary students in grades 2–4.
Each child receives a complete examination, a free cleaning, and a fluoride treatment. When needed, sealants are applied to permanent teeth to help prevent cavities. Every child goes home with a goody bag containing a new toothbrush and toothpaste.
During the visit, kids learn about healthy diet, daily care for their teeth, and the importance of seeing the dentist every six months. We're always grateful for the wonderful volunteers who help make the day possible.
To save time at your first visit, we'll be happy to send our new-patient forms to you in advance — just give the office a call.
The complete new-patient packet includes:
Call (330) 385-9496 and we'll mail or email them to you, or you can pick them up at the office. (Downloadable PDFs returning soon.)
